Cheeky Moo
Face painting for all occasions

Prices

Our regular daytime prices start at £55 for the first hour for each event then £55 for each extra hour. Our minimum booking time is two hours in zones 1-3 and 3 hours in zone 4. Outside of zone 4, the minimum booking will depend on your location.

If you are a charity looking for a face painter there's more information for you under the map below.

For events that are not local to us, the price of the first hour is adjusted to cover the additional time and travelling costs. The map shows the standard zones that we work in:

In all locations, time after the first hour is priced at £55 per hour.

These are our standard face painting prices for private events. If your event is outside zone 4 on the map, you need a face painter in the evening, or your event offers free face painting to the general public, please contact us so that we can calculate a price for you.

You may also want to upgrade our service to include glitter tattoos, festival glitter, 3D unicorn horns, 'bling', or balloon candy cups. Please ask us for more information about these options.

Charity Events

We are often asked by charities if we can help at their event. While we are happy to work with charities we are unfortunately not able to donate our time, skills, travel and equipment for free. Instead we suggest the following options for charity events:

Option 1: Sponsorship & Pay-per-face

The best way to raise money for your charity.

How it works: We charge our standard hourly rates for the time that we're at your event (as above) and the costs are covered by your sponsors. Your sponsors can get extra publicity from this. You then charge people at your event to have their face painted and you keep all the money that is collected. You might choose to charge people a low rate (less than £4-£5 per face), or simply ask for donations to make the face painting more attractive as all money collected will help your charity.

Option 2: Sponsorship & Free face painting

The best way to attract people to your event.

How it works: We charge our standard hourly rates for the time that we're at your event (as above) and the costs are covered by your sponsors. Your sponsors can get extra publicity and you can offer free face painting to people at your event which is always very popular. Free face painting can be very popular indeed - to avoid long queues at larger events it might be worth thinking about multiple face painters. You should budget for 10-15 faces per hour, per face painter.

Option 3: Pay-per-face

People at your event pay for their face to be painted and you receive all the money collected.

How it works: We charge our standard hourly rates for the time that we're at your event (as above). You then charge people at your event (we recommend £4-£5 per face, but it's your choice) for face painting. We can collect the money for you or you can sell 'face painting tickets' etc. You then receive all of the money collected. A well organised event can easily cover the costs and raise plenty of cash for your charity.
